These prices we have listed below are our minimums. We can not negotiate a lower price and maintain the high quality our customers come to discover and love. If you are shopping based solely on price then we may not be the best choice for you and respect your right to find another contractor to serve your budget.
All prices reflect Basic Pilgrim Package which includes application of Radical Revolution house detergent to remove mold, mildew, algae and dirt. Packages for upgrades for hand scrub window cleaning, screen washing wax polymer for vinyl as well as stain removals such as hard water and rust will be extra. We have pricing structure set up for all of our possible clients to view in order to show we do not fix our prices on whims or by what vehicle you have parked in the driveway.
Residential Power Washing:
Vinyl Siding Homes- .10 Cents A Square Foot . Your Homes SF multiplied by .10 is your price.
Brick, Stucco and Painted Surfaces- .12 Cents a Square Foot. Your Homes SF multiplied by .12 is your price.
Aluminum Siding Homes- .15 Cents A Square Foot. Your Homes SF multiplied by .15 is your price.
(The cleaning of aluminum siding is higher because of having to take careful steps to wash away dirt and not the oxidation which can remove the factory coating of paint.)

Deck Stripping, pH balancing, Sanding And Application Of Armstrong Clark Deep Penetrating Oil Based Coating.
Minimum Price Is $425 For Decks 250SF And Less. 2 Year Warranty On all Labor. All Decks More Than 250 SF Will Be $2.25 Per Square Foot. All Deck Restoration Includes Deck Boards, Spindles, Hand Rails And Steps.
Deck Cleaning Only: Minimum Price Of $175 For Up To 250 SF Deck Cleaning For Decks Larger Than 250 SF Will Be $1.25 Per Square Foot.
Dumpster and dumpster Pad Cleaning: $75 Per Single Dumpster, $125 For Double dumpster.
Price Includes Detergent Treatment On Pad And dumpster To Remove Grease And Bacteria Followed By A Hot Wash Of Exterior. A Fragrance Enhanced Disinfectant Will Be Applied After Cleaning.
Concrete Sidewalk, Drive Thru And Curb Cleaning: Initial Clean Ups Have To Be Charged Each and Every Year Per Contract. One Time Clean Ups Available As Well As Bi Weekly, 30 and 90 Day Service Agreements. Correct Pricing On These Areas Can Only Be Determined By A In Person Inspection Of These Areas. Average Price For Initial And One Time Clean Ups $625 Includes All Sidewalks, Pick Up And Ordering Areas In Drive Thru, Curbs Around Building, Dumpsters, Dumpster Pads And Window Cleaning. We Also Include Gum Removal In Our Price. No Asphalt Cleaning.

$175 For a Basic Wash Which Includes An application OF Radical Revolution Building Wash To Remove Dirt, Mold And Mildew.
Add Exterior Window Washing: $4 Per Exterior Window. $8 For Double Windows. Includes Application Of Detergent, Hand Scrubbing, Rinsing And Squeegee Of Each window.
